It's good to have GUI access unless you change the realmlist from the command prompt, **but** their issue right now is not database access

Where your `wow.exe` is there's a `data` folder, inside of that folder there's a `<locale>` e.g `enGB` folder, which has a `reamlist.wtf` file, that's the file you need to change, with your client closed (or you have to restart it after the change).

Can you take a screenshot of the locale folder and the realmlist.wtf file location? The other day we saw someone who had a realmlist.wtf.txt and obviously that doesn't get picked up
