I was just going to offer a command that will spit out a log that might give more information on why the msi was unhappy. So no obvious answer. If you got it working another way, thats good.

Yeah, I took the zip off the website instead and just manually opened the configurator (in the bin folder incase anyone ends up having this issue)

It sounds kind of like a corrupted installer or even corruption in Windows. It's trying to use VBScript but can't
