i tried to remember but i couldnt tbh when i looked up smart_script or conditions i didnt find anything with those quest ids

the funny part it didnt work and when i put the flag=1 it worked again somehow

somewhere there is a custom script that detects player death on that quest, because it is able to send a chat message on death, so it probably also fails the quest at that point via scripted commands

a friend made a lua script for it
and i found it
