if you want it to be like a normal mount you'd have to edit spell.dbc, make a copy of an existing ground mount spell, and swap the value in `EffectMiscValue1` out for the value in the obsidian raptor's spell (7703) to use the obsidian raptor model.
or edit the existing obsidian raptor spell and migrate it to the newer system
