i thought it would just be the 3.3.5 spell ids but doesnt seem so

my guess is that it should be https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=64569/blood-reserve it's from the weapon enchant Blood Draining. if you have that, does it ever trigger and heal you? if no, then it could be worth it to try and set `EffectTriggerSpell1` to 64569. that might just fix it.
