You can always just rename the files if you know what your doing
First of all, realy nice release Jenack! +Rep
Is there a guide on how to change these onto different shoulders? I've looked around but I can't find one. I pretty much have the idea on how to do it, but the shoulders I use (i'm not a warrior either) have about 20 different textures. And I don't know how to specify the shoulder .m2 file aswell as the texture. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah i thought of that at first, but then again all the warriors with S3 would have these shoulders too.. But then again that is invalid as i play alliance and we're shit so dont get t6/s3 anyways.

This edit will affect EVERY warriors T6/S3 shoulders on you screen.. Not just you
You could unpack the MPQ, use Modelviewer to get the name of your shoulders, rename the files and repack a new .MPQ
(hush, make a char, put the shoulders on, click "view" and then "model control" there you will find the name ;D - Go "Item" -> "Shoulders" and find yours to check that it is right)
Now all left shoulders is ofc LShoulder_Something_Something.m2 so its not that hard to find the RIGHT one, because that will just be RShoulder_Something_Something.m2
