Honest question again: I’m not trying to be poached or anything, but can you recommend other stuff,like alternative frameworks that offer more expansions? Or are you saying Wrath of the Lich King with bots is definitely worth it,so the bots are good and soloing with AzerothCore is really fun?
And regarding your answers: How should I imagine the expansion? Does the expansion add a completely new area, or has the old one changed?

wotlk has had the most work put into it. emulating wow is a complicated, massive project that gets larger the further you go expansion-wise. Nothing will be in a playable state post-wotlk unfortunately aside from some private servers but i have no recommendations there

Okay I would stick with AzerothCore, but to the question with Lich King. What did Lich King add? Is this like a whole new region, with quests dungeons?
