there are 3 main ways of installing. the manual way which isn't too hard but can trip you up if you're not familiar with things like git or mysql or visual studio. there's a bash dashboard which is the simplest way, and then docker which is entirely self-contained and more or less a one click option, but can be the absolute devil if you dont already have familiarity with docker

I will always suggest the classic / manual, is the majority of usage and easiy supported (so you can get help).
Works on Windows, moneyOS and Linux (officially suppoted Ubuntu)
Following the written guide should be clear enough
