Nope, nothing from ElvUI, this sort of weird chatbox thing. I dont know how to move it and Im not sure which addon I installed to make it show up. Heres a list of my addons.

Im using ElvUI for all Ui stuff, but this has just shown up and Ive not changed anything in my UI. I also cant use ElvUI toggles to move it. No idea what it is

I would disable addons one by one until it goes away

Then see if it comes back as you reactivate them, again one by one.
