Assuming the module comes with DBC changes, you are missing the DBC changes on the client and on the server.

If it doesnt come with DBC changes, you have to disable the option in the worldserver setting (i dont recall what it is) but disable it at your own risk

Again, disable at y our own risk, it was added few months ago, to avoid character not saving properly after using skills you shouldn't use e.g dual wielding.
The proper way to do it is to update the DBCs on both sides to allow any class-race combo to use the spells

I think is player something dbc. Modding community (pinned comments) are the ones that can answer that better
