I don't normally play one, but I've checked after watching your vid and see it also happens for me.
I am using an HD client, but I'm not using any of the patches that change sounds.

I'm honestly surprised, it happens for boomkin on my end as well. No clue how I've never noticed that. Can't imagine whats causing it, I don't think the server sends any sound data to client during an unsheath... at least not that i can see, and the db doesnt store any sound data, thats all loaded from dbc.
