like spammed during combat, if you play with noise its becomes unbearable pretty fast.

I have a video showcasing it, I never got around opening a bug report, I actually just disabled the sound so much it was annoying to be able to play normally. I kinda forgot about it until I was playing my warrior and shouts actually use that (now disabled) sound so I always have to double check if the shout worked or not.

Downloaded via torrent so the hash is checked and yes, I tried on a fresh client too just in case the unlikely scenario of having a corrupted client, but I doubt its the issue.
