hey, i have the exact same problem! i set it up, to my surprise it worked fine, i connected. Then i had to reboot my pc, and then when restarting up the vm, and trying to start the server i get that exct same error! i did not change a thing, its really annoying. I dont suppose you managed to find a fix?

It's this windows or linux? also AC doesn't support MariaDB, if they are using hte same ports, it will complain

It's likely you have an addon sending sync messages that aren't recognized. It's safe to ignore.

For me it was ones coming from LibHealComm and disabling messages from that stopped it, but others have disagreed on the source.
