I messed up my whole thing yesterday, ended up somehow deleted my character, I'm pissed but I slept on it and im just going to start over, so I'm restarting my whole DB. I think Ive done it now.
However, seperate question, how can i give items a specific enchantment?

Either made a script in c++ or eluna. Or add it to the item_template's enchantement column

The problem with Heidi is that they are trying to access database from a external connection in theory (even if is still local)
