I noticed today that Judgement of wisdom's Mana regeneration amount is incorrect, to the point that I actually questioned if it was working at all. At 702 mana, it should regenerate 14 mana on a proc (2% of max mana), instead it's regenerating 8 mana on a proc. Is there a quick and easy way I can go about fixing this?

So it is. I misread that. That's a confusing distinction given that Judgement of Light is ^Max* Health. But fair, disregard that, functioning as intended

I think that difference applies to most things that recover a percentage of mana vs a percentage of health, though maybe I'm just not thinking of ones that go against it offhand.
