not true man. the beta Strat UD entrance is disabled by default. you need to be in the naxx40 phase to see the quest npc. you also need to be at least honored with Argent Dawn to get one of the versions of the attunement quests.

Trouble is I can't start the attunement Archmage Angela Dosantos isn't anywhere to be seen.
I did the quest back in the day, so that's why I'm stuck now because nothing is where it should be

Well Archmage Angela Dosantos is not at Light's Hope, nor near plaguewood and she's not in tyr's hand either.
So, I can't do the attunement. The crystal isn't up in plaguewood and the portal isn't there in Strat, even though I'm on that phase
