Like fo rexample, the talent.dbc considers the order the rows are in for the talents, if i just insert a new row at the end, the whole talent page will bug out

You only care about the "order" because we are humans, for the machine is indifferent, just SORT by the second column instead of ID

The row is assigned in the second value, and column in the third. As said above it doesn't matter where it is placed in the file, the system doesn't care about that.
