typically when modules add an NPC, you have to run the .npc add <ID> to spawn them where you are

no but the github page does most likely, if you are using the one i just googled. it shows it's ID. As long as the module automatically runs the sql scripts to add the npc to the database, you should be able to just run the command to spawn the npc

then the sql scripts in the data/sql folder didnt automatically run on the world database, you will have to run that sql manually through your preferred method of database manipulation
