I ended up just having the character learn the spells. Only the ones the class is capable of learning stuck, but that's good enough for now.
Any tips on how to enter raids as a solo player? Do I have to use one of those mods that creates bots and invite them to my party?

For you to get in inside of a raids without a raid group ive been correct htere's a world config setting for it

you can `.gm on` and enter, then `.gm off`, or you can simply set the config option `Instance.IgnoreRaid` to 1.
