Thanks. I asked AI and they said the same thing: use `$AC_CODE_DIR/env/dist/etc/modules/`. However, I have my module configuration files there (as well as in `$AC_CODE_DIR/env/dist/etc` just in case) and it appears modules are only loading with their default values. For example I'm using `Brian-Aldridge/mod-customlogin` and in the config you can specify an amount of gold for new characters to start with. I set it to 1000, saved the file, and restarted WoW and created a new character and I'm still starting with 0 gold.

Under what conditions would this happen? How can I debug this?
