The first time I ran into this a long time ago on a clean build, I hadn't started using Github yet so I didn't know how/where to report it. I'll go through the bug tracker now and see if it's logged or not, and submit a bug report if it isn't there. Thank you.

I just compiled a fresh Azerothcore server pulling the latest code from Github, completely fresh configuration, and minimal configuration changes. The only worldserver.conf change was to increase the rate of experience gain so that I can create the server's first account, first character, and gain a few levels by killing a single mob to unlock the achievement panel. All other configuration is stock.
This panel's data continues to not populate for me.
