Which is part of why I said I doubted they'd steal the items from you, since they should be separate, though items from objects are different and bots shouldn't be looting objects with quest items in general currently.

That I have no clue about. I didn't even know there was a thing for that. I'll have to look in to the party loot module

i could never get my bots to to use in world items for quests (cause even i didnt realize they didnt need to get them) (tried the los command and the u (los item) to try to get them to pick up the crate or something)

Yeah I struggled with that too, for a little bit, then just decided to ignore it and saw they were turning in the quests anyway. I didn't connect that behavior also applied to regular items that you loot off of bodies, not just ones you need to gather off of in-world interactables

i would always `.give` the item to the bot characters until i forgot one time, and they still send the whisper that they completed the quests
