Oh, huh. I guess those effects aren't always auras after all. I've now also found examples of even <60 level gear with spell power that's stat_type 45 instead. I'd just not noticed them before and had noticed the ones that are auras.
I wonder why the difference.

Okay but my idea is to unlock contents through the worldserver config, firstly will be set for classic and after some time tbc content and again after some bigger time.then wotlk
