Are you referring to this? It lists spells in `spell_dbc`.

Oh no I am looking to make a copy of an item that has effects/stats set as spells, any example of how to find them would be usfeul, say for instance Atiesh, if I wanted to look at each of its spells individually, to, for instance, make a new atiesh that is functionally a copy of the vanilla one but scaled to level 80

I said spells because it displays as "SELECT * FROM `spells` WHERE (...)"

Im in fact looking to make many copies of many items, since I intend to have heroic TBC raids with corresponding heroic-scaled items, so its about 400ish items i have to change iirc. I need a programatic way to find each of their related spells, understand their stats, copy the items, and their spells, modify them say with the little green heroic tag wrath uses, then adjust stats and (and so far ive done all that but im stuck on this last part) scale the new, related spells

When you say spells, what do you mean here? Atiesh, for example, only has one spell effect attached to it which is the portal to karazhan which is 28148

Do you mean the effects? Like increase spell power by X or restore X mana per 5 seconds.
