If the creature's level is less than 10 >required skill is 0
If the creature's level is 10 to 19 >required skill is (level - 10) * 10
If the creature's level is 20 or higher > required skill is level * 5
e.g
If the starving dire wolf (id 213) is level 10:
Required skill = (10 - 10) * 10 = 0
If it's level 15:
Required skill = (15 - 10) * 10 = 50
If it's level 90:
Required skill = 90 * 5 = 450
