You extracted into the database for easier read and modifying, some existing _dbc tables get overwrriten if the row is filled, otherwise you will have to convert the change values (of your extracted table) into DBC for the server and client

worldserver will load from dbc files first, then load _dbc tables as overrides, appending them to the already loaded data or overwriting if it is adding something with an id that already exists
