I don't know why you'd have that specific problem. Editing one and making a new one are a similar process.

I edited over certain tiers/rows, and the ones I didn't need, I set to a different tabID -- a dummy one, but that broke the order

yeah talent dbc is annoying. there are only a couple dbc that need specific order (like area trigger as well)

i just export them to CSV, add my row where it needs to go, and then import back into dbc
