Their site doesn't appear to be playing well for me on mobile, so I'm not certain where it's at, but I remember there being a link around the ChromieCraft downloads for a different server with people who work on one of those clients itself.
That's where you could probably get specific details beyond just the description on the site.

I know that client comes with several optional patches and a little tool with menus that will rename different ones to make them active or not depending on what you pick. I haven't looked into what exactly is in each one, though.

Guys, I've been edditing my spells since the beginning of the week, and I've just realized now that the new spells are not in the database...
Everything I've editted is like I edited it, but the rest is not :///

The database tables for spells are overrides and server-only spells. You need to edit the DBCs and put the new ones in the server directory and in a client patch.
Look into Stone Harry's spell editor. It makes most of those changes easier.
