Is your address and local address in the database of the server matching the public ip for address and machines ip for local address? Are you using any different ports or the default? And did you change the realmlist information in the data not the structure of the database and did they setup correctly their realmlist wtf in data folder not config?

using the same address as in my heidiSQL, they changed it in their realmlist wtf folder and config folder, and using all default ports
