Maybe it doesn't get updated, so there's a problem taking count of your modification in the normal .conf file

Regardless .dist file default is 4 so even if it read it, should still reset at 4 am not 8pm

it does look like Instance.ResetTimeHour is in reference to unix time, so UTC

I've tested changing it to 13 which would in theory match 4am local time.

not currently locked out of any instance as reset happened 4 hours ago, just changed it back to 13 from 4, restarted the server. logged in and clear a raid, in theory it should reset in 4.5 hours but lockout is 1d5h27m
