It seems to have fixed on restarting all of the docker containers, but the quest item/spell would cast fine, but after it went off just nothing would happen. Very odd

so I have AC not running in docker, the realm time is the same as my local time. Instance.ResetTimeHour in worldconf is default at 4, yet my instances want to reset at 8pm server time. Anything else i can check to change the reset time to not be during my prime playing time
