This updates them regardless of there not being a player in the vicinity, to ensure they keep on pathing and not just freeze in place when nobody’s around

I see, but wouldn't that mean that their waypoint error should continue appearing every now and then regardless of player presence? For Defias Thug, in an empty world, I only get their waypoint error in the first ~10 minutes of the server being on. Nothing after until someone logs in and goes near them.
