no, azerothcore is the core code for the emulation. a repack is when someone takes core code (like azerothcore or trinitycore) and turns it into pre-compiled exe files, packages it with some things, and uploads it for people to download

problem with repacks is that
1) they can add whatever they want to the code before they turn it into executables and give it to you (could be malicious)
2) you can never update and get the latest bugfixes unless the repack author is frequently updating and re-releasing their repack
3) you cant customize it yourself aside from editing the database
4) you wont get support, since repacks are often out of date and/or modified so we cant know what is going wrong
