I copied Bone shield (49222) spell and I would like to change the visual (the 3 bones orbiting) by another model orbiting, what the steps and what should I do ?

is there another spot to change max level of your server, other than in the worldserver configs? trying to figure out where i went wrong and why created characters start at 100 rather then 80(which is the set level in configs)
