ill take a look, do you know anything about getting characters to start with pre raid(bis duengon gear) when created? or am i gonna have to figure that out myself

my server starts at level 1 so i've never had reason to look into that so im not sure, sorry :S

changing implicit to 25 works on friendly targets, but if no one is targeted (or someone invalid) you'll autocast on yourself and since 25 means any target, you'll shadowstep yourself
