as long as you feel able to follow a guide, install some programs, and click some buttons, its not too difficult and realtively noob friendly to set it up. no coding knowledge required. Azerothcore works up to end game with minimal glitches. I can't speak for other projects as I haven't used anything other than azerothcore in a long time.

Has someone compiled it for windows? My server with proxmox running has a windows VM at as I am super Linux noob ha ha
