If you're on the same network as before, just use the LAN IP to connect to the server and set localAddress in the realmlist table to the LAN IP. It's likely that your router doesn't support hairpinning and you can't connect using the WAN IP.

People outside your network use the WAN IP (the public IP) to connect and play, and that's still what you set address to in the realmlist table.

It's hard to say. Checking if the ports are open isn't always a guarantee, it's always best to tell someone to try it.

If you have a laptop and you use mobile data and you try using your public ip to connect, you will now if it's working or not, otherwise you've to ask one of them to try, port checker is 50 50, everytime i check my ports "this port is closed" and i know they are not
