I don't know whats wrong then, this program listed every other affect for the spell, and had all the auras, but the duration was always at 0 for everything.

I'd rather just edit the .sql/dbc directly, but the duration seems to be obfuscated somehow, it's not as easy as just finding the variable that says 600 and change it to whatever you want it to be
