sadly, changing the talent rate in worldserver.conf affects bots (I'm using a SPP repack)

We don't support or endorse repacks, so if you need futher with the repack itself, would recommend asking them for help.

We always recommend you to compile your own core, playerbots actively gets updated.

I'm not expert on MySQL, but reading the code I posted before I assumed I could maybe change the talent rate for a specific player guid

Even if you wanted to change the code you can't, repacks dont allow you to do that

It's just kind of a hassle having to execute it everytime a character levels up to simulate a different talent rate
