Worst case scenario, I might just edit every boss that has a rare drop with keira but I might work it around somehow

If you dont care how 1:1 wi blizzard experience it is. Just remove it from any reference and add the single item or multiple to the boss you want (or you could even just add the items you want per dungeon to the last boss)

I search for ironfoe and dragon call from any reference_loot_template table, from here i could remove them and just add them indivually to the creature as e.g
