I followed the instructions for editing spell.dbc on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oM4AU0KMuw0 but when I use the GM command to add the spell, it says the spell ID doesn't exist. Is there a special step I need to do with AC? I did the same thing he does in the video, created a spell that does both herb and mineral tracking.

I did. I followed every step from the video. It's just when I go to learn the spell on the character, it says it doesn't exist.
