I have no idea why they are seeing rollbacks though, it weird and not something that should in theory happen unless worldserver is killed.

I would like to know if they are seeing it only with GM characters or if it also happens with a non-GM account

Hm, nevermind. I'm not even sure how to edit Blessings without IndividualProgress being installed, since that allowed me to edit the Spell DBC override.
