It's still not super clear, though. By "all files" does it mean the mod-individual-progression folder? So I have to make the data/custom/db_world folder and put it in there like C:\azerothcore-wotlk\data\custom\db_world\mod-individual-progression\sql ?

I tend to run the SQL manually so i'm not sure how the auto-updater works for modules.
I will assume copy all the SQL realted information so the sub folders in "SQL" into that data/custom/db_world
Keep in mind that if that works at intended YOU WILL run all the queries.

C:\azerothcore-wotlk\data\custom\db_world\mod-individual-progression\sql breaks into auth (only has a .gitkeep file,) characters (only has a .gitkeep file,) world (has 127 SQL files so it would take a while to manually run)
