Due to your lack of knowledge, at this point in time it might just be easier to create an account for people and let them change the password ingame with `.account set password`

They already come with xampp, only GMP doesnt come enabled by default. And I highely suggest you not using a webpage that doesnt use PDO or similiar methods.

If it's just for you there's no reason for the terminal to not be enough.
If you're playing with friends or others on on the internet you want to have your SQL queries for the account to be checked before running.
