anyone have a registration page that DOESNT use this stuff? i just want to upload something to my webhost, edit the values in the php and be done, im really getting my ass kicked here

You should be able to enable them, you probably use some sort of web panel, there's a configuration file/page. Google will 10000% help you there
cPanel (most famous one, I guess you have it):
`cPanel enable php extension *namehere*`
