Good news. While I have been dealing with this all day, and I have changed literally nothing on the server in anyway and have only been trying to monitor the server. It just started working for some reason. I have no idea why it failed to begin with and have no idea what changed to make it start working.
This is why I went into electronics repair instead of doing full IT.

The good news is the AH Bot didn't work when I first installed it a few weeks ago and when I go to look now it still doesn't work.
I was really worried something was going to go right for a change.

Nevermind it apparently wasn't fixed. I guess it working for 10 minutes was some kind of joke it was playing on me.

How can we confirm the drop chance for this ? It seems weird that a normal quest would require you to loot 2 NPC with a chance of ~65% and a long respawn timer
