Also about your comment regarding conf files. After you rebuild the code, the module's .conf.dist file should appear in ~azerothcore-wotlk/env/dist/etc/modules. Copy it and paste it back in the same place, and rename it the same thing as the original file, but without the .dist part.
This .conf file is the thing you modifiy from now on. Leave the .conf.dist file alone.

Oh yeah sorry. Let's just say that after compiling there would be a new .conf.dist file, and the .conf file copy they create should be made in the same place that the newly created .conf.dist file is
