That is correct. At one time we used a mod by Nefertum to get around the limitation, but that mod ended up conflicting with guildhouses and so now we're stuck in a wierd spot.

Oh I see now, that's my bad. It keeps track by using `instance_reset`.

It is rather confusing. There are many places both in sql and config files that make references to the reset time that seem to do absolutely nothing.

I'm not entirely sure, but we've changed three separate variables in hopes of moving the reset time to no avail or change, it's very strange.

It almost looks like it loads reset times, which will be changed after the time is up (found in instance_reset) and then it checks lockouts and resets if needed, but if it loads the new times before that it will never reset them since the server was down when it happened. I am probably wrong, I don't really understand how it works.
