That a client sent a malformed packet. Could be a number of reasons, 99% of the time it's not harmful though.

There are thousand of bots on the internet that ping servers IP, if its a local or friend server ur finne if you intend to go live/public you need a tcp protocol protection because that can flood your server and make it crash
