if spawning outside has result u want then its very likely that you actually didnt change all records in creature_template and u forgot about all records where creature is using different template for stats than to spawn it

+ is it possible to make dungeons uninstanced?
i could do this with a simple SQL edit in brotalnias mangos repack but here it doesnt seem as obvious to me

everything is possible but i dont know exact steps to make it happen on AC....i would start by trying changing it in map
